Vintage 18ct gold diamond heart pendant

An open heart pendant set with 161 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 3.50ct in total.  The pendant itself dates from circa 1970, and comes suspended from a fine curb chain.  

The diamonds are near colourless, at G-H, with clarity SI.  The total weight of both the pendant and chain is 14.2grams.
