These terms and conditions apply to the use of the www.aureiafinejewellery.com website, by Auréia Fine Jewellery, a trading name of the company: Florence Abendanon Jewellery Ltd (‘we’ or ‘us’), and your use of the website (‘site’) and purchases through it of products (‘items,’ ‘pieces’). By using the website, you (the customer, consumer, or site user) are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are subject to English law. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly, fairly and efficiently. However, if you wish to take court proceedings, this must be done in the United Kingdom.

Our products:
The items available for sale on this website are either antique, vintage, second-hand, or new jewellery pieces. We describe each piece as accurately as we can. A number of the pieces on our website will show natural signs of wear, and any significant faults will be mentioned in the description.
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and as such the products may vary slightly from the images shown, and colours of the metals and stones may also vary between the images shown and the actual products. Images may also not be to scale.
Prices:
Our prices may change at any time. If there has been a change in price or a pricing error, we will inform you as soon as possible after an order has been made, in order to ascertain if you wish to proceed with the order at the new price or not. We will not be under any obligation to supply the product at the original price.
Terms of Sale and Payment
When placing an order, all details provided must be true and correct, and you must be an authorised user of the credit or debit card used for the transaction. Payment for goods can be made by either credit or debit card online, or by card over the phone.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email to acknowledge the receipt of the order, however this does not confirm that the order has been accepted. Payment will be taken at any time between the order being placed and the order being dispatched. We will confirm our acceptance of your order with an email that confirms that the product has been despatched. The contract will be formed once this confirmation email has been sent. We will not despatch the product until we have received the full payment.
All prices shown are in UK pound sterling and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
The price for overseas customers will depend on the exchange rate on the day with your debit/credit card company. You will be responsible for any duties levied by the country to which you have specified delivery.
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of products ordered, or to refuse an order for any reason, including a Force Majeure Event. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil an order, you will receive an email from us to inform you that the order has not been accepted, and the payment for your order will be refunded.
If you wish to make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know if the change is possible.
Whilst we aim to process engraving requests, we reserve the right to refuse a request for engraving or personalisation or bespoke work, for any reason.
Delivery:
We aim to deliver the products within the time stated, however we cannot guarantee that delivery will be made within this time. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery, and once the product(s) has been delivered, it is your responsibility.
Warranty:
Whilst we do not offer a warranty service, if within 6 months of purchase your item needs repair due to everyday wear and tear, then we will endeavour to repair the item, however we do not guarantee this. This does not include damage due to excessive wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. However, in this case we can provide a quote for repair.

Our website is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
If you register with us, you must be over 18 years old, and you are responsible for the security of passwords. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are over 18 years old, and are resident in one of the serviced countries.
We reserve the right to deny you access to this site at any time.
We do not guarantee that this site is error-free, secure, or that this site or server is free from viruses. Any links to third parties from this site are accessed at your own risk.
You may use our site only for lawful purposes, and not in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. You may not misuse the website.

Regarding returns, our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of these items.
We will not be liable for any breach of our obligations resulting from events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
Our entire liability shall not exceed the price of the product supplied.
