Refund policy
Christmas 2022 returns: for items purchased from November 21st 2022, returns will be accepted until January 10th 2023.
We accept returns, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery of the item(s), and we will let you know how to return your item. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on customised, personalised, or engraved pieces, or on rings that have been resized. In some cases we can extend the returns period – please get in touch. Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received, with the original box, enclosing the returns form and delivery note inside the parcel, at your own cost (unless the product is faulty – see below). The product should be securely packaged, using the original packaging if possible. You hold responsibility for any damage to the item(s) or losses in transit. We only accept returns with a valid invoice.
Each piece should be inspected as soon as it has been received; if the product is damaged or faulty, you should contact us as soon as possible. Any product which has been damaged prior to delivery will be accepted for a return and refund.
A refund will be issued as soon as the product has been received, at which time an email notification will be sent to you. Return postage costs and original postage costs will not be refunded (unless item is faulty or damaged).
