18ct Sapphire & Diamond cluster ring, 1980s

A fabulous vintage ring with a 2.09ct oval cut deep blue sapphire surrounded by 14 round brilliant cut diamonds, with a hidden halo of 10 smaller diamonds, set into 18ct white gold & yellow gold, with diamond set shoulders. 

The total weight of the diamonds is estimated at 1.00ct.
